Irene is majoring in Chemical Engineering and minoring in Petroleum Engineering, previously on internship at Husky Energy as a Thermal Facilities Projects Co-op Student. Being PES's previous VP Communications and Director of Club Relations, Irene continues her contribution to PES by taking on the role of Co-President. This school year, Irene hopes to help plan events and invite students to participate in SPE's Young Professionals events. In addition to PES, Irene is involved with the Chemical and Oil & Gas Engineering Students' Society (CESS). Outside of school, Irene is an avid weightlifter, foodie, and electronic dance music enthusiast.
