Raksha is currently in her final year of Mechanical Engineering while pursuing a minor in Biomedical Engineering. She is VP Events this year, after being Director of Professional Development last year, and hopes to provide students with the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the petroleum and energy industry as well as be able to network with industry professionals at upcoming lunch and learns. In addition to her role in PES, she completed a 16-month internship at TC Energy as a Facility Integrity Engineering Intern and is involved in other extracurricular clubs such as Women in Science and Engineering (WISE), AIChE's Chem-E-Car and Schulich Ignite. In her spare time, she loves to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with friends and family.
