Seren is a fourth year nursing student at the University of Calgary. As the director of club relations, she will develop relationships with other clubs/organizations which will provide students with volunteer opportunities and opportunities to learn from their peers in other faculties. Seren is eager to learn more about sustainable energy during her time on the PES team. Seren currently works at medical detox centre and is passionate about mental health and addictions activism. As a nursing student she hopes to bring a new perspective to PES and learn about ways that healthcare and energy systems can integrate for a sustainable future, especially for vulnerable populations. In her free time, Seren enjoys travelling, running, and reading.
